FLINT, MI — Mark Bauman, the owner of Bauman’s Running and Walking Shop, gave a gift to his employees as he heads into retirement.
Bauman, who has owned and operated the business for 48 years, sold it to his long-time employees for $1, according to a Facebook post from the company’s page.
